These general sales conditions govern the merchant's online sales contract of the Merchant's products at the bottom of each page at the bottom right, (hereinafter the merchant), via the website (hereinafter the Site) to Site users (hereinafter referred to as the Customer). Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99, Legislative Decree 206/05; The information intended to conclude the contract will be submitted to art. 12 of the DLgs. 70/03 and, with regard to the protection of privacy, will be subject to the provisions of the DLgs. 196/03 (Privacy).


After selecting the desired product (s) and adding it to the cart, the customer will be able to view the complete summary of all the goods information, total shipping costs and delivery times. In order to finalize the purchase, the customer can proceed with the "checkout" as a guest user or create a personal account or log in if he has previously registered.

The customer must also select the delivery type and can view the indicative date of receipt of the purchased goods.

To complete the purchase process, the Customer will have to select the payment method between those available and accept the general sales conditions.

To speed up and simplify the process, you can also proceed directly with PayPal by clicking the "Checkout with PayPal" button below the shopping cart summary.

Upon submission of the purchase order, Customer will receive from the Site an e-mail confirming receipt of the purchase order and containing the summary information of the purchase made. The merchant will issue the purchase order only after receiving confirmation of the authorization to pay the total amount owed as indicated in the order.


By registering at the site you will be able to access your personal area via the "Enter" link at the top left of the site or by clicking on the "My Account" at the bottom (Footer).

Creating a personal account makes it easier and quicker to check out, and access a confidential area with all the information about your purchases and personal details.

Also within the "history and details of my orders" by selecting the order of interest you can directly request the Goods Return for the products previously purchased (For more information read the "Returns" section below)

Registration on the site also allows you to place the selected products while browsing the site in a "wish list". Such wish list can be displayed in the "My Account" area.


Sales prices are inclusive of VAT and any other tax. Shipment costs and any ancillary charges, if any, but not included in the purchase price, are indicated and calculated in the purchase procedure prior to the buyer's forwarding of the order and also contained in the summary web page of the buyer 'Order made.


The merchant will deliver the products selected and sorted by courier using the methods chosen by the customer or indicated on the website at the time of the offer of the goods, as confirmed in the order confirmation email.

The shipment times of the purchased products are indicated on the site being purchased and confirmed in the order confirmation email. In the event that the merchant is unable to make the shipment within the time indicated above, he will be given timely notice via e-mail or telephone to the Customer.


The merchant secures through the telematic system the processing and evasion of orders in the shortest possible time. For this purpose, it indicates in real time, in its electronic catalog, the number of available and unavailable products as well as the delivery times.

If an order exceeds the quantity in the warehouse, the merchant will, via e-mail / telephone, inform the customer if the asset is no longer bookable or what are the waiting times to obtain the asset chosen, asking if it intends to confirm 'Order or not.


The merchant assumes no liability for any disavowal due to force majeure if he or she fails to execute the order within the terms of the contract.

The merchant will not be held responsible to the Customer except in the case of gross negligence or serious misconduct, for disruptions or malfunctions related to the use of the Internet outside its control or its subcontractors.

The Merchant will also not be liable for damages, losses and costs incurred by the Customer as a result of the non-performance of the contract for causes which are not attributable to him, since the Customer is entitled only to the full refund of the price paid and any ancillary charges incurred.


The merchant replies for any defect of conformity which occurs within the 2-year period after the delivery of the goods.

The Customer shall cease to have any right if he / she does not denounce the merchant the failure to comply within 2 months from the date the defect was discovered.

In the event of a failure of conformity, the Customer may request, alternatively and without charge, the repair or replacement of the purchased goods, a reduction in the purchase price or termination of this contract, unless the request is objectively impossible to satisfy or Results for The Merchant overly burdensome under art. 130, paragraph 4 of the Consumption Code.



In accordance with the article on the right of withdrawal d.l. 21 February 2014, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods.

In order to qualify for the right of withdrawal, the Client is required to inform the Merchant through an explicit statement (eg letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) before the expiration of the withdrawal period or through his personal area "My Account" Directly writing in the "Merchandise Return" section in the detail of the order you want to return.


Upon termination of this contract, all payments made to the merchant will be reimbursed, including delivery costs (with the exception of the extra costs resulting from a choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery standard offered) , Not later than 14 days from the date on which the merchant was informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract.

These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods.

The costs of the restitution of the goods will be borne by the customer.
